The following agreement provides consent for use of my photograph or likeness by Salve Regina University in communicative materials pertaining to the image, promotion, publicity and advertising of Salve Regina University and its programs.
Communicative materials include all print and electronic forms of communication and information including university publications, promotions, advertisements, social media, salve.edu and other University websites and digital materials.
I hereby authorize use of my photograph or image in appropriate University-related materials including those for publicity, promotion and advertising.
